Texture and Gloss Cancellation Policy:
Your appointments are very important to the Texture and Gloss Team, they are especially for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
- Any Client that cancels an appointment after 48 hours will be asked to provide a credit card to book your next appointment.
- Less than a 48 hour notice on the 4th cancellation will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- “No Shows” will be charged 100% of the service cost.
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period that need to cancel must cancel 4 hours in advance to prevent being charged.
- The cancellation policy allows us time to inform our guests on the waiting list of availability and also helps keep our stylists’ schedules filled. Texture and Gloss’s Policies are provided to ensure quality of service and an excellent experience to our established guests and to our future guests.
