We sincerely appreciate confirmation of your appointments. As a courtesy, we call each client in an attempt to confirm your appointment. If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email approximately 48 hours prior to your appointment from which you can easily confirm by simply clicking the link provided and confirm electronically. We also offer text confirmations. Please let the front desk know if you would like to opt-in for this service. Lastly, you can always call the salon and confirm your appointment. Confirmations allow us to fully support our stylists by filling in last minute gaps in their schedules and they really appreciate it.
We now require credit card information during your pre-scheduling phone call. If you cannot make your appointment and do not provide the salon with a MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE, you will be charged in full for the appointment you scheduled, there will be NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS.
We no longer require masks to be worn inside the salon, however should you feel more comfortable having your stylist wear one during your appointment, please just let us know, we are happy to accommodate you.
